John Glaze is the founder and president of Fast Track Specialties, LP, bringing over 30 years of expertise in architectural specialties to the construction industry. Dedicated to honoring God, giving back, and always doing the right thing, John leads the company with a hands-on approach, specializing in corporate interiors, healthcare, education, and hospitality projects. With his OSHA 30 certification, he is deeply committed to safety, both within his company and across the industry.

Known for his approachable leadership, John prioritizes trust and integrity. He builds solid relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and vendors. He fosters a strong work ethic within his team and strives to exceed expectations on every project.

John's work ethic was evident early on, from delivering newspapers at age six to balancing multiple jobs while studying at Stephen F. Austin State University, where he graduated in 1994. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a career in commercial construction, where he continues to make a positive impact.

With his wife Kimberly and their four children, John is an active member of Faithbridge Church. His core values-honoring God, giving back, developing people, sharing vision, and doing what's right-guide his life and leadership. John also serves on several boards, including as Chair-Elect for Associated Builders and Contractors of Texas, Vice President of the University of Houston Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, advisor for SFA's Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, and as a co-founder of Building New Foundations, among others.

Jennifer Whiting, Fast Track Specialties, LP Team

Jennifer Whiting, Vice President

Jennifer Whiting, a shareholder and Vice President of Fast Track Specialties, LP, has been with the company since 2006 and is an active member of its Board of Directors. Before stepping into her current role, Jennifer served as Corporate Controller for four years, overseeing the financial operations and strategic planning now central to her responsibilities. She plays a crucial role in shaping Fast Track's operating profit, cash flow, and capital spending strategies, in addition to managing the company's internal and external financial reporting. Jennifer also coordinates high-profile projects, bringing her expertise to complex architectural building specialties.
Before joining Fast Track, Jennifer honed her skills with a General Contractor specializing in commercial interiors. This role gave her a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, from estimating and project management to AIA documentation, EEOC compliance, JOC records, and HUB subcontracting plans.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business. She is a LEED AP ID+C and holds OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications. A dedicated community leader, Jennifer also serves on the boards of two charitable organizations, giving back to the community with the same commitment she brings to Fast Track Specialties.

Brooke Barnett, Director of Project Management

Brooke Barnett's career journey, which exemplifies the dedication and discipline of a United States Marine-qualities he continues to embody with pride. After serving in the Marines, Brooke pursued his passion for construction by enrolling in the University of Houston's Construction Management program. While completing his studies, he worked at Harvey Builders, where his dedication to excellence quickly propelled him to the role of Senior Project Manager. He then joined Burton Construction as Director of Interiors, leading complex projects with skill and precision.

Brooke's connection with Fast Track Specialties deepened through years of collaboration, inspiring him to join the team he had come to value as a client. Since then, he has transformed Fast Track's project management and estimating teams into a highly skilled, cohesive group capable of handling the largest and most intricate projects. His leadership has elevated Fast Track's standards, bringing expertise and attention to detail to every project.

Brooke's strong commitment to safety is evident in his OSHA 30 certification and his dedication to maintaining safe work environments across all projects. His focus on safety and extensive experience make him an invaluable asset to Fast Track Specialties and its project teams.

Andy Williamson, Director of Field Operations & Safety

Andy Williamson's journey with Fast Track Specialties is a testament to dedication, growth, and a passion for excellence. He started his career with us in December 2003 as an entry-level helper, where he quickly proved his commitment to learning and excelling in the field. Over the years, Andy continually expanded his knowledge, honing his technical skills and safety expertise to ensure every project was completed to the highest standard.

In January 2014, Andy moved into a supervisory role, bringing his field experience and work ethic to the office. His passion for perfection, combined with a commitment to learning, led him to pursue extensive leadership training classes and further education in safety management. In February 2018, he was promoted to Field Operations Superintendent, where he played a critical role in guiding our field teams and enhancing installation quality.

Now serving as our Director of Field Operations & Safety, Andy brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience and a strong dedication to Fast Track's success. His attention to detail, care for each project, and hard work inspire everyone around him, setting a high bar for quality in every installation. We are proud to have Andy leading our field operations, ensuring that our products are installed with precision and care.
